Welcome to Lawrence View Nursery, where every child is encouraged to Learn, Grow and Achieve from the very beginning of their educational journey.

We are proud to offer a nurturing and stimulating Nursery for children aged 3 to 4 years. At Lawrence View, we believe that the early years are crucial in establishing the strong foundations that support future success. Through high-quality interactions, carefully planned learning experiences and purposeful play, we help children develop the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to thrive both now and in the future.

Our Nursery curriculum is rooted in the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and informed by the latest research into child development. We place a strong emphasis on communication and language, personal, social and emotional development, early reading, writing and mathematics, ensuring children develop secure foundations for lifelong learning. Alongside this, we foster curiosity, independence, resilience and creativity through a wide range of engaging indoor and outdoor experiences.

Guided by our school values of Respect, Curiosity, Aspiration, Resilience and Kindness, we create a warm and caring environment where every child feels safe, valued and excited to learn.

Nursery Provision

Our Nursery has 52 places and caters for children from the age of 3 until they begin school.

All children are entitled to 15 hours of free nursery education, and eligible families can access 30 hours funded childcare. In addition to funded hours, extra sessions may be purchased if required. Please contact the school office for current session availability and costs.

Wraparound Care

We offer a flexible wraparound care service to support families:

• Breakfast Club: 7.30am onwards
• After-School Provision: until 6.00pm

Places should be booked in advance through the Arbor system.
